Shipping policy

Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders made on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For security reasons, initial orders and those shipping to different addresses may undergo extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, but this does not change your obligation to pay for the remaining items.

All purchases from MUSIC MITRA are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfers to you once we deliver them to the carrier.

Dispatch Time

Once we receive the order for the product we have in stock, the product is dispatched in 1 - 3 days from our warehouse located in New Delhi.

Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning-fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our top priority.
