WARRANTY
The manufacturer's limited warranty is available on most of the products sold at Music Mitra
The warranty period and service vary by manufacturer and product. Products that are under Warranty and have manufacturing defects shall be repaired by Authorised Service Centers FREE OF COST.
The customer must have the purchase bill and original Warranty card (if available) to avail of the warranty service.
The Warranty is valid within India only.
The following items are NOT covered by the warranty-
• Accessories such as USB Cables, Power adapters, etc.
• Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings and batteries,
• Any kind of routine maintenance, setups or adjustments,
• Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non-approved polishes,
• Any damage to an instrument resulting from customisation or modification from factory standards,
• The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to a dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment,
• Damage caused by battery leakage,
• Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case or gig bag, including plated surfaces, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware, etc.
• Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any way,
• Instruments that unauthorised persons have serviced.

- Assessment: All instruments are first inspected by our technicians for a detailed assessment.
- Estimation: A repair estimate will be shared before any service is performed.
- Turnaround Time: Repairs are typically completed within 1–7 working days, depending on the issue.
Warranty: A limited warranty is provided on specific repairs (varies by service type).
Pickup & Delivery: You will have to bring your instrument to our store for repair yourself. We recommend that you personally collect your repaired product and carefully check and test it before taking it home. However, repaired instruments can be delivered to your address as well, on request, with some additional fee.

If you're unsatisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, store credit, or an exchange of your choice. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you need to return any merchandise, it must be shipped back within the 7-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all components such as the warranty card and owner's manual, and must show no signs of wear or misuse.
In case of defective, damaged, or wrong product must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date.
Please make sure to pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, to avoid any damage or dents during return shipping. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be refused or incur a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued for the product value only and do not include shipping and handling charges, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
