What happens if a product I order is not available?
All orders are subject to verification of inventory availability. Occasionally, popular products may be out of stock. When you place an order on our website, if we find that we have run out of stock and this has not been updated online, our customer support team will reach out to inform you of the situation.
At that point, you will have the option to either wait for the product to become available or cancel your order. Alternatively, you can choose to have the other items in your order shipped separately, and we will send the back-ordered item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Please note that we reserve the right to make partial shipments. Additionally, if a product is unavailable for 10 business days, a full refund will be automatically issued to you.

Dispatch Time- Once we receive the order for a product we have in stock, it is dispatched within 1 - 3 days from our warehouse in New Delhi.
The process follows as,
Order placed > Physical Stock Verification > Product tested and packed > Product shipped.

We take great care in packing our instruments before we ship them out. Our packaging methods are designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Since more than 90% of our orders are sent outside of Delhi, we have gained extensive experience in packaging and shipping.
On average, it takes us 45 minutes to pack a guitar and nearly 1.5 hours to pack a drum kit. We use high-quality materials to ensure that your instruments are shipped safely.
In the unlikely event that your instrument is damaged during shipping, you may receive a replacement or a full refund, provided the instrument is returned to us.
